The Margot is a Heritage home, rich with 145 years of history & lovingly restored with the perfect mix of new & vintage coastal charm.

She sits private & hidden behind an off-street entrance in the most exciting location - one block from Jetty Road & two blocks from Glenelg beach.

Boasting original high ceilings, textures of paneled walls, painted wooden floorboards, brick & stone making for a truly unique setting.

Sip on local gin & share stories under the shade of the umbrella in the sheltered courtyard. Your favourite music, a platter to nibble on & the golden twinkle of fairy lights make for a romantic evening. We may not have sea views, but you'll know you're nearby with the smells of the ocean.

Stay in & unwind; curl up on the comfiest couch with a book, pop your feet up to a movie or keep binging that new series - a calming space inviting you to laze & lounge.

Fall easily into a luxurious king size bed under luxe layers of soft cozy linens. Drift to sleep, head resting on gigantic plush pillows like clouds. Wake to the glow of the sun slowly rising & filtering through the bay windows, tempting you to set off for a beach wander, coffee in hand.

There's a sweet newly-renovated kitchen with everything you need if you love to cook. Pull up a stool & perch at the grand island bench.

The hardest decision you will make this holiday will be which restaurants to dine out at, or which ice cream parlour to choose from. The best part, walk minutes to dinner & finish the evening watching the sunset from the Jetty with your favourite flavours, one scoop or two?

Due to the delicate nature of our furnishings, kindly understand that we do not allow pets.

Newborns are welcome to stay- we ask you please just let us know at your time of booking. We don’t provide any amenities for babies, so you will need to bring a portacot, highchair and whatever else you may need with you. The house is not baby proofed, so we trust parents judgement with this. There is a deep laundry sink suitable for bathing. With such prime location in Glenelg & neighbours close by, expect an electric atmosphere & urban buzz. You can always find peace & quiet in privacy when you're all explored out!

The Tram to Adelaide CBD is a few minutes walk away, it’s so easy to hop on & wind up in the city during your stay.
