About us:

The Brueys is a beautiful boutique ski lodge nestled in the gorgeous pension town of Tangram Madarao Japan and is owned and operated by couple team Kate and Adam. Nagano prefecture is known for epic snowfall which includes some of the fluffiest powder in the world!

The best part about our lodge is the proximity to the mountain- we are a 4 minute walk to the lift! Tangram connects to Madarao Resort as well so you can ski/ride both resorts with a double mountain pass which we sell for a discounted rate to our guests. The groomed runs are a blast, tree runs and offpiste are OK on our mountain, and you can even do back country as we have 2 big bowls with multiple entry points! Ski hire is super easy if you need it!

The Brueys Lodge has 11 guest rooms - including 2 family room options. All rooms have their own en suite bathroom, luxury linens, bespoke interiors, Type C/USB/International charging ports, a complimentary welcome drink on arrival, and daily complimentary continental breakfast. We have a beautiful on-site restaurant and full bar where we mix delicious cocktails from morning until late o'clock and serve amazing food from early until late as well! We are passionate about ensuring our guests have an amazing time, feel at home in our Lodge, and leave their holiday feeling like they can't wait to come back to stay with us next year!
