Our Lovely house offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a generous kitchen/living room area and especially outdoor BBQ zone.

Moreover, remember to keep our exercise habits while getting away, so basketball yard and plenty of fitness equipments can meet our demand.

Only 3 mins drive from the beach and shops, 10 min from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs and endless golf courses.

Guest access

The guests can access the entire house, front and backyard.
We have a keysafe to retrieve keys and code will be sent day before you arrive and we are available by email or phone.

PLEASE NOTE:
- We are unfortunately not set up to accommodate end of school celebrations and have a STRICT over 21 year old+ booking policy.

Other things to note

Guests to be respectful of neighbours.

Guests to abide by the Peninsula Code of conduct:
- Behave responsibly during the stay
- Park only in designated areas
- No tents, caravans & campervans
- No outdoor noise between 9 pm - 9 am

- No Basketball after 8 pm.

Place all waste in bins provided
Guests to place all rubbish in bags provided and place in bin outside, make sure recyclables are separated.
Ensure all dishes are washed and put away before departure

Please note our cleaner will change linen, vacuum, clean bathrooms, mop and Covid clean surfaces.
They are not employed to clean the oven or clean the fridge and remove food guests have left.
Guests to take any left over food with them and clean any spills.

Guests to clean the BBQ and the oven after using.

No smoking allowed inside the property.

No commercial photography nor videography in the property.

Guests to turn off power, gas, oven and all other electrical devices and equipment before leaving the property.

Any violation will result in extra charges.
