This cosy studio offers ideal short term accommodation in the heart of Chorley which has been thoughtfully arranged with own separate back entrance.

Located in a most convenient position on the periphery of Chorley town centre, the property is ideally located for access to the abundance of shops and amenities available locally and offers the commuter ease of travel throughout the North-West, with both the bus and train station within close proximity, and the M6 and M61 motorways, ensuring major commercial centres such as Manchester, Preston and Bolton are within easy reach.

To access the studio, one enters via the alley down the side street into the back garden which has outdoor furniture.

Please note that we rent rooms out upstairs and you may hear noise from guests upstairs.

Please note that we do have 2 external CCTV cameras in the backyard.

The guests will have full exclusive use of the property including the backyard.

Other things to note

We require all guests who book our properties to complete a ID verification link and pay the required deposit in the sum of £300 within 24 hours of your booking.

The verification process is short and simple. Please have your Government-issued ID (passport, driving license, ID card etc.) and credit card nearby. You will need to submit a copy just like you would at a hotel.

Please ensure you are 100% happy to proceed with the verification process prior to booking as this is a requirement for all guests to complete within 24 hours of their reservation for all of our properties.
