Don’t worry, The SUPERHOG process is short and simple. Please have your Government-issued ID (passport, driving license, ID card etc.) nearby. You will need to submit a copy just like you would at a hotel.

As part of the SUPERHOG verification process, you will also be given an option to either a secured payment or waiver protection, As part of this process, SUPERHOG will collect a small administration fee (in the region of £2-£25, depending upon which option to choose) from you directly in relation to Your Security Deposit or Damage Waiver Protection and at the point of providing payment details for Your Security Deposit. This payment will normally be taken from Your bank account within 24 hours of providing payment details to Superhog.

All administration fees are non-refundable once the Security Deposit payment has been set up with SUPERHOG.

Please note that the administration fee and Security Deposit will be taken as separate payments, so you will see 2 separate transactions to “Superhog” within Your bank account.

Please ensure you are 100% happy to proceed with the SUPERHOG process prior to booking as this is a requirement for all guests to complete within 24 hours of their reservation for all of our properties.
