Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique 5 bedroom sleeps 10 modern farmstay. Situated on 15 acres of grassland in the historic township of Buninyong.

A short drive down a gravel road off the main highway not far from the Buninyong Golf Course you will be surrounded by peace and views of luscious paddocks with cows, alpacas, sheep and 2 ponies.

The home boasts a large floor space with polished concrete throughout, ceiling to floor windows, a pool table, foosball table.

If you are looking for a place where you can relax and enjoy the Australian country landscape then this is the spot for you.

It is located behind the Buninyong Golf Course.

The main house sleeps 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 6 beds.

You will enter the property by driving down a gravel driveway lined with gum trees. To the right is the main paddock that has the sheep, alpacas and ponies in.

Drive straight into the property where you will see the main house directly in front and to the left is the luxury shed. (This is currently being built and styled, however it will also be listed. It sleeps another 8 people. So the entire property can be booked for 20 guests or you may share the property with other guests if each house is booked by seperate parties).

The main house entry is to the right if you park straight up the driveway. Before you get to the front door you will see the entrance to the first bedroom that is attached to the main house. But is an entirely separate room from the main house. Great for teenagers or people who just love to sleep away from children!

The home features an eclectic and appealing mix of building materials (including ship lapped weatherboard, Grampian Sandstone, corrugated zinc iron and polished concrete) that allows for the country feel with modern touches.

The kitchen is well positioned to the living zones with granite bench tops, plentiful storage, clean lines and a simple black and white palette. Along with a large butler's pantry and top-of-the range appliances, a large island bench is a multi-functional addition for the family space as well as an entertainer's hub.

The home is flanked by a large dam and attractive wetlands; home to an assortment of herons, ducks and cormorants, and at dusk, alive with the chorus of frogs. Bring your fishing rod and catch some fish too.

The main bedroom has an an ensuite and toilet. Just past the kitchen down a short set of stairs can be found another large living area, and three more double bedrooms. This second living-and-bedroom zone offers an ideal retreat for children of all ages

There are 2 accommodations on this property so there may be others that will share the 15 acres of space.
