Welcome to Blackbutt House - A beautiful architectural family home located in Suffolk Park a short walk to Tallow Beach.

Blackbutt House features high ceilings with exposed rafters throughout, spacious bedrooms and a pristine pool. The Italian style kitchen is a feature of the space with Smeg appliances and a fully integrated sleek design spilling into an oversized lounge.

Blackbutt has 3 bedrooms in the main house and a seperate pool house or teenagers retreat beside the pool.
Blackbutt House is an exceptionally stylish split level space with open plan features including heigh ceilings with exposed rafters.

Starting with the living space, Blackbutt has a huge lounge area with a lush brown leather couch and sitting chairs for chilling in front of the 65” Smart Tv. Ducted air con upstairs provided the ideal living all year round.

The architecturally designed, Italian vibe kitchen is fully integrated and includes a full suite of SMEG appliances including a selection of coffee and tea. The lounge and kitchen spill out into the large timber deck surrounded by sleek glass balustrade entry into the pristine saltwater pool.

Blackbutt features a master bedroom and second bed upstairs, the master with large walk-in robe and the second bedroom with plenty of storage space too. The two bedrooms upstairs are serviced by a stunning bathroom with his and hers shower and egg bathtub. Both bedrooms look out into nature strip with plenty of greenery.

Downstairs in Blackbutt takes you to the large third bedroom or studio with its own luscious bathroom, walk-in robe and kitchen. Polished concrete floors throughout the bottom floor continue into the double garage with laundry including washing machine and condenser dryer.

White and bright is the theme outside with white rendered walls that border the house and a tropical garden front and back leading to a pool house with sofa bed that sleeps 2. Bar fridge and drinks cart offer a cocktail making station to wheel out to the pool as the sun beams down hard mid morning.

PLEASE NOTE: To include all 4 beds, please book for 7-8 guests. Bookings of 6 or less will only make 3 Queen beds available.

PLEASE NOTE that our space is open for bookings up to 8 guests.
Bookings up to 6 guests will make the main house available with 3 x queen beds.
Bookings of 7-8 guests we will also make up the 4th Queen sofa bed in the pool house.
