Allusions Farmstay and Vineyard is located at the bottom of the Yankalilla Hill in the heart of the Fleurieu Coast. Immerse yourself in our gorgeous farm land and natural surroundings. The 32 acre hobby farm has stunning views across the valley and out to the ocean, with beautiful bush land and native animals as far as you can see.​We have a number of accommodation options for quick getaways or long stays. Large Cellar House (sleeps 8-14)​2 x Self contained units (each sleeps 2-5) 2 x Glamping-style Domes (each sleeps 2-4)(currently unavailable due to development and renovation upgrades). UNITS- Cab Sav - 1 x double, 2 x singles Shared bathroom with bath only (spa is disabled in this cottage) Shiraz- 1 x Queen, 1 x double Shared bathroom with spa bath Please be mindful that the cottages are connected by an adjoining wall and keep noise to a minimum if there are guest staying next door to you, Fully equipped kitchenette with oven and microwave. Luxury shampoo, conditioner and shower wash supplied. Washing machine, detergent and drying rack Allusion wine, Beerenberg condiments, plunger coffee, local bread, olive oil and housemade dukkah supplied. We are an hour south of Adelaide, 30 minutes from Mclaren Vale and 30 minutes from Cape Jervis. Our new function space and wine bar is currently in development mode and our cellar door will only be open for private wine tastings and small events while we await our new licensing. We fell in love with this beautiful property while on a random weekend drive and were lucky enough to have the opportunity to purchase it in 2019 knowing nothing about grape growing- but we are learning and having lots of fun doing it! We are so happy we can continue to share the beauty of our farm with wonderful guests like you! We are learning so much about sustainability and are always adding to our ever growing collection of farm animals to help service our property, to love and keep us entertained! We love staying at the farm as often as we can and also have a fantastic manager on board who is only ever a phone call away.

The Fleurieu Coast is well known for its beautiful beaches and conservation parks. There is amazing cafes, restaurants, farm shops, breweries, distilleries and wineries all across the district. You can ride a horse on the beach, paddle board at lady and the Myponga Reservoir is ideal for walking and running. Head out on the water for a paddle in your canoe or kayak and explore the 250 hectares of water. Shore-based fishing is available within the publicly-accessible area of the reserve, or you can drop a line in from your canoe or kayak. There are also many lookouts around the area to take in the scenic surrounds and snap some holiday pictures.
